Drink Bottles

Drink bottles have overtaken pens as the most-requested promotional product, driven by reusable-bottle campaigns and post-COVID hygiene awareness. They're also the most variable category — a $4 plastic bottle and a $40 double-wall insulated stainless steel bottle deliver very different brand experiences.

For staff onboarding and wellness programs, invest in double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottles ($18–45 branded). These keep drinks cold 24 hours / hot 12 hours, look and feel premium, and get used for years. Laser-engraved logos signal quality and never wear off. For conferences and event giveaways at mid-scale, single-wall stainless steel ($10–18) or tritan BPA-free plastic ($4–9) deliver strong utility at lower cost. For mass giveaways at festivals, sports events and schools, recycled PET sports bottles at $2–5 branded still outperform single-use alternatives.

Capacity matters: 500ml is the everyday standard for desks and gyms, 750ml–1L for active outdoor use and cycling, 350–400ml for coffee and compact carry. Bottle-mouth choice (wide vs narrow) affects use case — wide-mouth cleans easier and takes ice cubes; narrow-mouth is more bag-friendly.

Branding: laser engraving on stainless steel is the premium choice — permanent, elegant, doesn't fade. Screen print on plastic for vivid colour. Full-colour digital (sublimation or wrap decoration) for photographic logos. Pad print for small logos on complex curves. Lead times: 2–4 weeks stocked, 6–10 weeks custom colour or capacity.
