<p>World surfing market is forecast to reach $13.24 billion by the year 2017.</p>
<p>Surfing is an important part of Australian youth culture and a huge part of that unique culture is the ocean and all that comes with it; i.e. surfing.</p>
<p>Australian surf culture resonates in the Australian waves: Bells, Angourie, Lennox, Snapper, Kirra, Burleigh, Noosa and that’s just the east coast.</p>
<p>Even New York, has seen an explosion of its surf scene, with the city even hosting the East Coast’s inaugural professional world tour competition at Long Beach.</p>
